Mother's Day! On Sunday May 9th, your Mom's dessert
is on us. Just let us know before you order to prepare something
special for her.
You may
want to treat Mom to our Lobster
Blossom Roll, the special of the month!. The
chef takes the meat out of a freshly cooked lobster tail,
and then prepares it in tempura batter. The lobster tempura
is then rolled in soy paper and rice, along with avocado,
masago, and lettuce for garnish. The roll is then served with
a sauce that has butter, soy sauce and a little bit of brandy.
The sauce is warmed and the alcohol in the brandy is evaporated.

Happy Hour Special:This month, regular rolls will
be priced at $4.25, and our gourmet rolls at $5.25. These
prices represent a 15 to 40% discount over our regular list
prices!
Hot
sake is $2.95 during Happy Hour! Kendall Jackson, Chateau
St. Jean, and Clos du Bois wines, will sell by the glass at
$5.95, or at $26.00 per bottle. and Chateau St Jean and Clos
du Bois (Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon) at $6.95 per glass
and $30.00 per bottle. These prices will be in effect from
noon to 9PM everyday (1PM-9PM on Sunday) Ohio beverages law
prevent us from offering Happy Hour prices on alcoholic beverages
after 9PM. |

Tuna Pizza. Although already in our menu
and in our specials, we wanted to feature the Tuna Pizza
again. This is a very popular item among our regular customers,
but many others have not tried it yet!
Tthis
appetizer is made on a scallion pancake, and topped with
spicy tuna, finely diced onion, seaweed, and sliced cherry
tomatoes. It is great for beginners or sushi novices!
