Now that
spring is here, it is time to present to you new rolls and
new options for your sushi enjoyment! |

| Lobster
Blossom : Our Itamae-san (Main Sushi Chef) has presented
us with a delicious new presentation for lobster. The chef
takes the meat out of a freshly cooked lobster tail, and then
prepares it in tempura batter. The lobster tempura is then
rolled in soy paper and rice, along with avocado, masago,
and lettuce for garnish.
The roll
is then served with a sauce that has butter, soy sauce and
a little bit of brandy. The sauce is warmed and the alcohol
in the brandy is evaporated.

Happy Hour Special:This month, regular rolls will
be priced at $4.25, and our gourmet rolls at $5.25. These
prices represent a 15 to 40% discount over our regular list
prices!
Hot
sake is $2.95 during Happy Hour! Kendall Jackson, Chateau
St. Jean, and Clos du Bois wines, will sell by the glass at
$5.95, or at $26.00 per bottle. and Chateau St Jean and Clos
du Bois (Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon) at $6.95 per glass
and $30.00 per bottle. These prices will be in effect from
noon to 9PM everyday (1PM-9PM on Sunday) Ohio beverages law
prevent us from offering Happy Hour prices on alcoholic beverages
after 9PM. |

A
vegetable option!! Many customers who are vegetarians
or on a diet, have asked for vegetable side dishes. This
is our first offering, a steamed vegetable plate that includes
Bok-Choy, carrots, broccoli, asparagus, and Shiitake mushrooms.
You can ask for this plate in appetizer, lunch entree, and
dinner entree portions.
Soon
we expect to add other plates to the vegetable options at
our restaurant. Enjoy!.
