HAMACHI KAMA This is a great plate for anyone who wants a cooked item, and a treat to a sushi connoisseur. It is the shoulders and front fins of the yellowtail fish (hamachi). They are oven roasted, served with eel sauce and an additional special spicy sauce on the side, and garnished with sesame seed. The meat of the fish is soft, tasty, and succulent. Absolutely worthwile! A rare treat, this appetizer is not always available, so be sure to ask for it. Goes great with either white or red wine. |

| Jason Roll Initially named the "Yummi Roll", our customers have started to call this the "Jason Roll". This is a very special item. It has spicy scallop, shrimp, and mango inside, rolled in a cover of hawaiian big eye tuna, and topped with crunchy tempura bits and seaweed. This roll is served in a special miso sauce. The spicy scallop has a soft, buttery taste and mixes well with the mango. This roll goes great with a glass of champagne, for a special ocassion. The Jason roll sells for $19.95

Happy Hour During June, regular rolls will be priced at $3.50, and our gourmet rolls at $4.50. We have $1.95 domestic beer, and $2.95 hot sake during Happy Hour! Happy hour prices are available ALL DAY during June!. Ohio beverages law requires us to inform you that Happy Hour prices on alcoholic beverages cannot be extended beyond 9 PM. This month we continue featuring Kendall Jackson, Chateau St. Jean, and Clos du Bois wines, which will sell by the glass at $5.25, or at $22.95 per bottle. Since drinking red wine with sushi is also an alternative, this month we will feature Chateau St Jean and Clos du Bois (Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon) at $5.95 per glass and $25.95 per bottle. Our featured
Clos Du Bois Chardonnay has a brilliant silver and straw yellow
hue. This wine rises out of the glass with intense apple, ripe pear,
and sweet lemon drop scents. They are complemented by toasty oak,
spice and butter. The flavors are bright and juicy with rich ripe
apple and pear and a long fresh aftertaste. The texture is silky
smooth with a slight creaminess. This wine has been very well rated! |

Martinis are us! When you visit our restaurant, make sure to ask for one of our martinis, either the classic Appletini, or the unique feature of our restaurant, the Lycheeni! In preparation for summer, this month we have featured mostly low carb rolls in out pictures. Look for and ask for the Sara Roll, the Sakula Roll, and the Jason Roll! |
